New personal jets will use voice commands, large color displays with intuitive maps that update where you are, where you wish to go next, where there's traffic, where the weather is, and where the terrain is.

Personal turbofan engine airplane travel experience.
Fly your own plane to work or for a family trip? It can be as easy, cheap, and safe to fly as your car is to drive? Imagine the business and personal flexibility this mobility level creates.  Flying this typeof personal jet will become a lot safer, quieter, comfortable, and convenient. You can travel at four times the speed of a car, in free flight, from your neighborhood small airport directly to a small airport near your destination. The jet will use a  computer-generated "highway in the sky" to lower the pilot workload.

This is an attempt to unclutter Synthetic Vision displays to allow intuitive displays. This was an experimental development for the Cockpit of The Future showing a flight from Reno to South Lake Tahoe. The peaks are at approximately 7,000 ft while the plane is flying at 5,500 ft on a path that is terrain safe.
